Standard Booking Conditions

These Standard Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with Delta Business Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A booking is made with us when you complete our booking form and we issue you with a booking confirmation. At this point, a contract will come into existence between you and us.

1.2. A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the cost of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 15 days prior to your departure date. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements and retain your deposit.

2. Prices 2.1. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Once your booking has been confirmed, the price of your arrangements will not normally be increased except in the following circumstances: government action, increases in transportation costs (e.g., fuel, taxes), or exchange rate changes.

3. Changes by You 3.1. If you wish to change any part of your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you must inform us in writing. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your request.

3.2. Any request for changes must be made by the person who made the booking. You will be asked to pay an administration charge of [amount] and any further cost we incur in making this alteration.

4. Cancellation by You 4.1. You may cancel your booking at any time before departure. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The following cancellation charges will apply:

5. Changes and Cancellations by Us 5.1. We reserve the right to make changes to your booking. Most changes will be minor, but we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there are any major changes.

5.2. If we cancel your travel arrangements, you will receive a full refund. However, we will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you.

6. Our Liability 6.1. Our obligations, and those of our suppliers providing any service or facility included in your booking, are to take reasonable skill and care to arrange for the provision of such services and facilities.

6.2. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost, or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: (a) the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party; (b) the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your travel arrangements.

7. Complaints 7.1. If you have a problem during your vacation, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g., your hotelier) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please contact us immediately.

8. Insurance 8.1. It is a condition of your booking with us that you and all members of your party have suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover your journey.

9. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements 9.1. It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, and health requirements applicable to your itinerary. We can also arrange it for you.

10. Governing Law 10.1. These Booking Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by Wyoming state law. We both agree that any dispute, claim, or other matter which arises out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of Wyoming only.

3.2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3.4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@welcometosafari.com.

4. Sale Items 4.1. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
